At the time of the Winter Solstice we look into our hearts and bring forth our desires and intentions for the coming year.  We allow the dream of our best selves to be known to us.

This year AA Metatron encourages us to establish / strengthen the connection to our Higher Self through a guided Transpersonal* Chakra meditation.  During the meditation you will receive Reiki energy from Pat and be bathed in Sound by Stacy.

*Connect to the chakras above and below the body, access the Divine energies of the Sun and open/strengthen the pathway to your Higher Self.  This allows an experience in which the sense of identity or self extends beyond (‘trans’) the individual or personal to encompass wider aspects of humankind, life, psyche or cosmos.
