SUMMARY:Intuitive Art Workshop with Donna Russo
DESCRIPTION:Creating engages the heart and intuition. Expression speaks from the Soul. When we create art\, in its many forms\, we invite the Universe to become one with us. We connect to our emotions and letting our inner child play. This is an exercise in getting out of our headspace and trusting whatever comes through. It is also a form of meditation and healing ourselves from the inside out. \nCome join us on zoom to express yourself\, explore sacred design and learn the basic blueprint our Universe is built on. No art experience is required! Only an open heart and willingness to play and explore. You will be surprised at what you can do! \n  \nSupplies needed:\n• Heavy weight white paper or an art pad\n• Either: colored pencils\, markers (non bleed recommended)\, crayon or multicolored pens\n• Coins and small circular lids (for tracing) or a compass\n• Scissors (to cut paper)\n• Journal (optional\, to write discoveries) \nIn this workshop you will learn:\n• The basics of sacred geometry\n• Using scared geometry to set intention\n• Spiritual meaning of colors\n• Creating mandalas\n• Animal totem guides\n• The basic rules of the Artist’s Way\n• Angels and Masters of Creativity \nDate: October 17\, 2020\nTime: 1pm-4pm\nCost: $55 per person\nRegister: Contact Pat 908-331-1847 or reachus@patriciaparentereiki.com
