SUMMARY:The Chakras Workshop - Part 1
DESCRIPTION:This very popular workshop is being offered once again\, in two 3-hour segments.\nThe first session is being held Saturday\, February 16th\, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.Chakras are energy centers in the body.  There are seven main Chakras starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head.  Clearing and strengthening the Chakras can bring about a significant improvement in how we feel both physically and emotionally\, as well as restore a feeling of balance in our lives.  We will explore the significance of each Chakra\, the potential physical and emotional impact if it is out of balance\, and what you can do to bring it back into balance. \nParticipants will:\n* experience meditations\, which include the corresponding mantra (chant);\n* receive 2-3 crystals for each Chakra (pictured above!);\n* learn a simple yoga posture to open each Chakra;\n* learn the nutritional aspect of support for each Chakra; and\n* receive handouts containing key points of information discussed. \nDate for Part 2 will be decided during Part 1 by the participants. \nTo Register: Contact Pat at 908-331-1847 or simply reply to this email!\nExchange: $75.00
